ToH CSV missing lots of entries

I've downloaded Hardware database CSV dump data from the wiki, which is stated to be updated daily, and the ZIP file indeed has current (today) date.
https://openwrt.org/supported_devices#hardware_database_csv_dump

The CSV contains only 2236 database entries, while the website has 2579 entries.

Here's the example of missing Cudy routers compared to the website:
